Asking for Self, Female, 38 years old, Lahore
It is my fourth pregnancy and I had 1 miscarriage as well followed by D&C. Because that was blighted ovum. Right now it's my eight month my hb is 10 and other values are also quite low. I have zero energy constant back pain. What should I eat( I can't eat eggs because of full egg allergy)to do my house chores as I have two big boys and a daughter plus cooking.
