-Dear platelets count 128 is below Normal and with it o and off fever with leg pain is not normal actually.
-pregnancy is its self a different physiological state need strict monitoring as low platelets, fever and leg pain need urgent intervention.
-have detailed Examination, investigations, ultrasound for all symptoms.
-balanced diet, plenty of water, walk and may need aspirin.
-get urgent Evaluation.
