Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And Traveling Issue

Aoa. I'm in Saudi Arabia .first I want to tell my previous history. I have hypothyroidism and lower back slip disk issue (l4,l5) ( l5,S1) and fibromyalgia. I have one daughter 3.5 year old and she was premuture at 34 week because of I had contraction and at that time my water bag brusted and she passed motion then Dr had done operation immediately. Now this is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 22 week pregnant. At 11 week I had bleeding and admitted hospital for 3 days and diagnosed hematoma. Dr suggested me (duphstan and cyclogest twice a day and prolutax injection once a day) .hematoma was resolved after week. then 8th April I felt pain like early labour pains I consulted to the Dr she suggested me transvaginal ultrasound. I had done then my cervix length was 3cm. Dr suggested me complete bed rest and duphstan and cyclogest will continue till 34 week. now my situation is when I go to washroom my heart beat is so fast and if I sit half an hour I feel pressure vagina and pubic bones and feel ba
