My problem my first pregnancy i gain was has gestational diabetes diagnosed at 8th month . But manageable without medicine. In 2nd pregnancy again i gain w8 of 18 my w8 gain in 3rd trimester..8th month of 4kg in a not have Gastational mild BP high this time 130 90.i don't know the its start of my 3rd pregnancy. I want the precautions related to anything regarding these issue
