Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Breakdown

AOA.. I was 20 days pregnant and drop this pregnancy by taking cycotec and misoprostal pills three days. After taking pills of just 5 hours , I got little and slightly different bleed (totally different from periods). And then have got little and lighter blood spots for 2 days. I want to ask, that what abortion was ? Is this necessary to have periods just after abortion? My periods haven't started yet, as the expected date was 25 June. When again my period cycle will start if it was abortion? Please any specialist and expert person guide me properly. Regards.
