Aslam Alikm I am married for 3 years and half for one and half year I didnt conceive so I went to India I had a labroscopy surgery on October 2019 when I was back in December I found out I am pregnant but the baby’s heart did not develop and I had a miscarriage after that in March 2020 I got pregnant again the baby survived but after week 16 baby’s growth was slow the baby became IUGR and I was diagnosed with preclamsia I lost the baby in week 35 in October 2020 in January 2021 I went to Islamabad Shifa hospital to Dr shaheen ashraf I had all my tests and fluoroscopy everything was normal the two times I got pregnant was with letrozol Dr shaheen gave me letrozol now it has been two months I am taking letrozol I go to Dr and I get mature eggs but I dont get pregnant what can be the reason and is there any Dr who can help me convince so that I come and see ? Thank you

yes treatment was will also continue wen you become pregnant.... for time being starr tablet loprin 75 mg once daily.... also with letrozol...u need proper egg monitoring and injection of b hcg once your egg is mature before ovulation...

For this month I got hcg injection as well when the egg was 20mm on day 11 of my period

The same thing was going with me before my labroscopy surgery I was going to Dr and Dr was saying yes u hv a mature egg but then no pregnancy and this was going on for one year and half until I had this surgery now I am worried of same condition.
