Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Lahore
I am 38+ weeks pregnant having increased amniotic fluid of 21cm. Baby's head is not fixed due to fluid. Placental maturity is grade 3. My dr recommnded me to go for section. I need 2nd opinion that is there any chance for normal delivry or i should not take any chance dua to instant rupturing of water bag and go for section to be on safe side

As my amniotic fluid decreased in one month . It was 24cm last month and 21cm now. My sugar levels are under controlled. What other things should I do to get my baby' head fixed and to reduce liquor amount.
N does grade 3 maturity effects baby's health at this stage?

is it ur first baby. if yes then ideally u should b assessed for vaginal delivery if ur pelvis is adequate and diabetes controlled, and fetal weight is within normal range, liquor is not so much that u should go for straight forward section.

Yes doctor its my first baby. My doctor suggested me to wait for 1 more week then she will go for induction. As she has examined my internal checkup today and told that uterus is open about 1.5cm.. im checking my sugar levels on regular basis. It is in controlled range if i walk after every meal.
I want to ask how to reduce liquor level. Is there any method. My liquor was 24cm last month and reduced to 21cm now.

-Dear Actually amniotic fluid is towards higher side that can give some risks like cord prolapse if membrane ruptures suddenly so it need strict monitoring and check if u feel any leaking or water break.
-detailed Evaluation be can be done by gynae specialist who have been treating u in whole Antenatal period.
Althhough u explained history but specialist who have examined u recently can guide u well.

Yes doctor i'm my water bag condition . There is no leakage. If liquor is more how can my baby's head get fixed. Is there any chance to get it fixed with this amount of liquor?
