Pregnancy Issue

Question

Today is 4th day of my missed period. And i am feeling pain in my legs and also suffered through fever from 1st day to 3rd day of my missed period. 
Today is 4th day and Today I have taken Beta HCG blood test, which shows my HCG 3.13 mlU/ml.

Plz tell .. am i pregnant ? Or having any other issue ???

It is better to wait and then repeat b hcg after 2 days.  If it increases then it is a pregnancy. If not then it can be a lab error or just a biochemical pregnancy.

No, the result is negative, you will have your period in a few days.

sometime delay of 7 days is normal but you should repeat urine test after 1 wk
