Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Issue
Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Karachi
I m 27 weeks pregnant with cerclage and having cervical length 2.5cm and completely on bed rest. I have tested for urine dr in december and my dr suggested me cefspan 400mg and citrosoda sachet as i was having abdominal pain and urine itching. After using medicine,it was alright. But from tomorrow ,i m again having urine burning and itching and my dr prescribed me only citrosoda as i was having 2 dots of blood from urine hole. Reports are attached. Plz suggest any pain killer for abdominal pain and remedy for this infection. Can i take panadol for pain

Yes u can take panadol. If problem not relieved see a gynaecologist
better to increase your fluid intake... according to this report you are having urinary tract infection again..u need medicines for if it is occurring again and again u need further testing detailed understanding book a consultation

How much is your fluid intake? Are you having any vaginal discharge? You have to book online consultation for privacy maintenance and proper evaluation. Yes tab panadol as a painkiller is safe and tab nospa as antispasmodic. Few bacteria seen in report 1 and leukocyte esterase is 2+ in report need to give some more details so that properly treated on time. Pregnancy with cervical cerclage has to be looked after properly by patient herself too esp vaginal hygiene etc.
