She has pregnancy of 5 months and has lower abdominal pain and heaviness so please elaborate the attached ultrasound report and need gynecologist opinion. Dr. Is saying the uterus length is getting smaller and stitches are required in future. Is it true according to ultrasound attached.

so duz it show progressive reduction in size of the cervix?

In previous usg, the cervical length was 4.8 cm while in the latest one it became 3.5 cm.

ok-she needs a prophylactic circlage tht can b given before 12 wks-so instead of landing in emergency do it elective-ethg success lies wth Almighty-v can only make efforts
