I am trying to concieve from the last 5 to 6 months, I had irregular periods before but became normal from last 2 months, this month my periods were expected on 7th January but didn't arrived instead I got brownish spotting ( slimy)from last 5 days but my pregnancy test strip shows negative also sometimes I feel pain in my lower belly and lower back and also frequent urination. So recommend me something so I can get pregnant as soon as possible please .

There is nothing called as soon as possible. We've to think of safety first. You are only 21۔ Best thing would be to take cycle regulation for next six months and if no conception to do the work up

send husband seman analysis, your day 3 hormones AMH , testosterone. do urine test and show reports. possibility of urinary tract infection.
