Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Issues Baby Growth

hi! I am expecting 3rd time but before that I had 2 miscarriages, I went to the Dr and she checked me and prescribed me some medicines , it was almost 5th day after missed my periods, and then I visited again after 20 , 21 days Dr said no pregnancy is showing on ultrasound she advised me for upt I had three UPT test all are positive. tonight I visited another Dr she said your pregnancy is showing but it is almost of 4 weeks and 6 days. because I was taking aspirin for week , now I want to know that baby will grow or not it is possible to grow baby? now my last periods was on 24 January. and my husband came back from a broad on 10 February.
