Asalam o allikum im Alhamduillah 12 week 6days pregnant from last day i feel mild cramping on lower abdomen left side is this normal? I went to hospital but dr said nothing to worry just increase water intake as your uterus expanding so u feel mild cramping pls guide me doctors
Do you have any urinary symptoms or itchy or smelly vaginal discharge?? If nothing than no need to worry
