u better repeat HSA...AS on one report diagnosis csnt b made...they hv labelled u to b asthenospermic...wch mesns sperm motility is reduced...but my question is tht is it forward motility...i mean sperms csn b motile but dont hv forward movements instead keep on wagging their tails in one place...u better repeat ur HSA frm another lab aft forty eight to seventy two hours of abstinence...meanwhile start taking sum good quality anti oxidant,any zinc supplement,wear loose clothing and take high protein diet...

-life style modifications, high quality nutritious diet, Exercise, avoiding recreational drugs, bettersleep timings all can affect quality of sperm and semen analysis.
- Repeat semen analysis from another lab.
-quit smoking if u have been doing.
