Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy, OGTT Test
Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Islamabad
Doctor has asked me to perform OGTT test but I have severe nausea and vomiting (sometimes now). I was being tested in my first pregnancy as well and it was normal. My HBA1C before pregnancy was normal too. And my fasting sugar in my initial pregnancy was quite low too. Is OGTT test necessary or what can be other option to track diabetes? there’s no family history either.

you should discuss this with your doctor she will make you understand why it is necessary n what else you can do
u should discuss this wth ur persnl dr.....y she is asking fr it?
if your hba1c is normal than there is no need for OGTT test ..
