There is no pregnancy. But thickness of engineering is abnormally increased. If pt has absence of menses, she needs further n detailed evaluation .

there is no comment on fetus .so report is not confirmatory test for pregnancy .
for confirming pregnancy, urine strip test is done and also please tell your date of last menstrual period.
