Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Or Period Issue

I am not getting my period for almost 2 months and today I experienced some brown discharge and after 10 mint I had some more brown discharge with some red discharge I then used a pad and now about 5 hours later I checked my pad it looks like I had some brown discharge mixed with water like something and a little amount of red blood or discharge . also I have been experiencing period cramp type of pain from about 5 days . does that mean I am pregnant or this is some period issue?
