Better make fresh juice at home.and use fresh vegetable and fruits and plenty of water for relief of constipation.Regular use of Nestle juice is not healthy

Dr plz clear to me.. is nestle juice (pack wala 200ml) safe during pregnancy.. for taste ?? As I didn't take anything with any type of sugar..
