Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy/ Periods

Hi I will be really thankful if Beig answer this query my age is 31 I convinced right after my marriage in January 2020 , on 7th week (heart beat was present) miscarriage happened and terminates itself no medication & procedure was taken except controlling massive bleeding . Now after a wait of more than year dr prescribed clomid 50mg twice a day On day 12th follicle was 23.4mm and endometrial was normal with the thickness of 6.8mm . Last LMP was 30th march , few days back i had pain in lower back. Then on last friday pinkish blood came in 2-3 drops only

Now from last night gradually thin stretching discharge is coming with blood vessels Alone blood (like period) is not here not even a single drop on pad from last 6 hours Had cramps in left leg for an hour or so

I never experienced periods this way , is this because of clomid ? Or is it early pregnancy? Shall i go for bhcg ?
