37th week pregnant, I felt emense pressure down as if I am carrying the baby too low, after that I started dripping urine involuntary. I am not sure if it’s urine or amniotic fluid. I also had light pinkish one spot only along with white discharge.
Should I go to my gynaecologist ? Or is it normal ? My AFI is 7.9cm lower limit of normal (5th Dec report) Normal pregnancy , no bp, no sugar. Normal baby growth and size.

yes visit to OBG is must-dribbling of urine and lower abd pressure might indicate a UTI but better go ahead wth ur consultation---

u should go to your gynaecologist n get your examination and CTG done. May b ur membrane got rupture and u drained ur liquor...spotting at this stage is sign of early labour..

- U need to be checked in Detail and need Electronic fetal monitoring of fetal hearts ,local examination for rupture if membranes ,few Selected blood tests ,vaginal and abdominal examination and then to treat accordingly as this gestational age is more Related to labour pains and signs of labour .
