Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related

*Salam! Hope you are doing well. Actually I seek your advice regarding my pregnancy. I was diagnosed with pcos before marriage 2 years ago. I had a miscarriage because of anembryonic sac. Right after 2 months I conceived naturally and started taking *Gravibinan Injections* and discontinued after 1st trimester. My pregnancy went well till 32 weeks. After that my baby's growth slowed down suddenly and *Amniotic fluid* also reduced. Even I had to undergo C-sec because of very low AFI in 39th week. My baby was low birth weight of 2.4kg but healthy and active Alhmdulillah. Now it's been 6.5 months and my UPT is again positive. I want to continue this pregnancy. Can you please give me a piece of advice! Should I take *Gravibinan* injections again? And if yes then for how long should I continue? If you have any other alternate then please suggest me something else. looking for your good advice.
