I am 22.6 weeks pregnant my current weight is 179lbs my concern is that I am not having any physical changes such as increase in breast size and as I was already overweight I am concerned is there any issue

- Dear its just 22 + wks not more then that so it's better to have better healthy diet ,plenty of water ,daily light walk .
- have regular Antenatal follow ups and scans .
-'more weight increase observed in Late pregnancy .
- have Less Suger ,oil and spice .
