Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related

AoA doctors, My wife's is 31 weeks and 4 days pregnant, but from yesterday night she is having continues vaginal discharge after 1,2 hours. The color is pale yellow or sometimes its white and milky type. Having no itching and also have not felt smell yet. A day before this, 8th month vaccination had been done. Ultrasound has been done also two days ago, doctor said every thing fine. Doctor prescribed calcium, folic acid, azomax 250mg twice for 5 days, and one tablet for elergy, and syrup for constipation. But we are worried for the discharge happening from last night and doctor is not available on weakend. We start azomax from today, Anything need to worry???? Its our first pregnancy. So that is why we are worried alot. Doctors preception attached.
