Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Related

Hey i am 11 weeks pregnant alhumdulilah no issues no nausea no major abdominal pains or vomiting except gas. I had a pain in my shoulder i thought its a muscle pull but i think it was trapped gas… I carelessly made a mistake and used deep heat spray on it without reading the instructions. When i sprayed over my shoulder and in a minute my stomach started burning it was very painful i started to walk and n drink water the pain stayed for 10 to 15 seconds. Now i feel fine no pain still feel some gas but nothing else… my question is should i go to the emergency. Is my baby fine? I m panicking right now!
