if every thing was fine, next academic between 18 to 21 weeks....but for downs u need counselling,, as this test is screening not diagnostic it will combine scan+mother age and serum enzyme levels and give u risk percent...then if its high again counselling n another invasive.....its actually long ...if u wants to know better book appointment
