I've been trying to concieve from last 1 year but I didn't work. My periods came irregular before marriage but from last few months I had periods normal.This month periods didn't come , after a week of missed periods brownish spotting started and its been 2 weeks I daily get dark brown spotting (jelly like) and also sometimes I feel mild pain in my lower abdomen and lower back. What would you suggest me for getting pregnant because it's giving me stress now.

You are young. Try ovulation week for six months and if not successful proceed for work up
1 year is enough.now you should take treatment for conception.very simple treatment and you will conceive within a month inshAllah .
