Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, wah cant
Assalam o alaikum! mai ne apny periods miss kiye then i did urine pregnancy test by myself which comes out positive so i visited dr and she did ultrasound and said there is nothing and gave me folic acid and duphaston 10mg. Can i take duphaston? for how long? cuz unho ne to kch b ni btaya ktni dose leni daily or kb tk. Any other medical advice?? Actually its my first time so i have no idea or koi guide krny wala b nhi..

how many weeks u r pregnant?if upt +ve u have to continue folic acid ....duphaston is usually given when there is risk of miscarriage....do u have any complain or any history suggestive of risk?
What is 1st day of your last menstrual period? Very early pregnancy is not picked by ultrasound. You can continue this medicine till 13 weeks of your pregnancy. Repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks. Have your baseline investigations including 1) CBC with blood group 2) Urine DR 3) FBS 4) HBSAg 5)antiHCV 6) rubella IgG
