my deat whenever there is any compromise I oxygen n nutrition supply to baby , body redirects nutrition to vital organs like brain so head seems bigger in growth restricted babies ...if anomaly scan showed no structural abnormality then be reassured that more than 90 percent chance that baby is structurally normal , such babies gain growth after delivery ..thing is u need closed surveillance with doplers n growth scan for timed delivery of baby

Okay, I understand you're 33 weeks and 5 days pregnant and your Doppler scan results show a BPD of 92mm, FL of 64mm, HL of 56mm, AC of 301mm. The radiologist mentioned the baby's head size (BPD) is larger than expected. You're concerned about why this is happening, potential risks to the baby, and whether the baby will develop normally.

Before I can give you more information, could you please clarify:

1. Are the measurements you provided exactly as they appear on your scan report? (Just double-checking for accuracy)
2. Did the radiologist provide any percentile rankings for the BPD or any other measurements? This would give us a better idea of how far outside the average the measurements are.
3. Has your doctor discussed these results with you yet, or are you looking for information before your next appointment?

This information will help me provide a more relevant and helpful response.
