AoA, I am MashaAllah se 35 week pregnant, since Morning I'm having terrible flu and sever sore throat. Gargled with Benzirin several times but no affect so far. Which medicine can I use? And I have Rapid pill (like stripsel) can I use them for temporary relief? What else to do plz
