Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Symptoms

Assalam o alaikum mujhe pregnancy k symptoms horahe hein kafi days se, but my LMP is 26 July. lower abdomen pain, jese bleeding start hone wali hai, backache , headache, dizziness, chakar , bitter taste etc. what could be the reason? help please ????

Walikum salam. Symptoms before a period and early pregnancy symptoms are very much similar. For now it is too early to know what could be the reason. It may just be general weakness, premenstrual symptoms or very early pregnancy. You should just wait, take healthy diet and drink plenty of fluids.
