Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Symptoms And Test Before Periods With Pcos

i got this line immediately after dip in the urine but it was half line and got this small by the time. i tested on 6 day before my periods but it was not morning urine. i hv been. feeling some symptoms like mild stretching pain around belly buttun and some cramp in abdomin. i have pcos but not taking any fertility medication. plz tell me is this a sign of early pregnancy. or a false positive plzzz tell me i m married sime 3 years but didn't get pregnant yet??
