Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Symptoms But UPT Is Negative

I have had 4 pregnancy before my youngest one is 19month old. my LMP IS 10june n usually my cycle is of 22-25days. don't have periods got USG on 17july and doctor said there is sack seen but as it's early so you need to wait for next 3 to 4 weeks to do USG AGAIN. SHE PRESCRIBED ME DUPHASTON AND FOLIC ACID. I DO UPT again now but it's still negative what will be the reason of negative test report while I am having nausea n dizziness same as all my previous pregnancies.
