My periods are irregular its 37 to 40 daya apart and happened when i got married. It was regular before. Last month i had my period on 28th. I was having sinus infection from 2 weeks and it was not healing though it usually clears up with a weak.. i was feeling unusually tired and nauseous sometimes. My tracker showed my expected period 3 days ago but i randomly took a strip test it was positive and further 6 tests were positive. I went for an ultrasound nothing showed. I dis beta hcg test and its showing 312 miu/ml and week 2. When should i visit gynae and what should i do.. i am very confused and paranoid
plz repeat your beta hcg after 48 hrs.
if its double than the ist result than you should wait for one week and repeat TVS ( vaginal ultrsoun).If beta hcg value is less than the previous result then it could be ectopic pregnancy ,pregnancy of unknown location or failing early intrauterine pregnancy.

Take Tab.Folic acid n visit after 2 weeks for ultrasound
I think you should wait for another 10 days before having an ultrasound and you can consult with your Gynecologist at the same time
at this early stage ultrasound is unable to pick up pregnancy. wait for 2weeks .
