Hi All. Meri wife ki age 25 years ha or pregnancy test 1 week ago positive aya ha lkin ab unhe hr waqt headache or migrane rehta ha pechly 2 din se. Lkin due to pregnancy wo es Situation me tablet leni se b darti ha . Please recommend any tablet or kya yeh pregnancy ki wjha se ho rha ha kya krna chaye es situation me please advise. Thank You.
