Hey. On tuesdy i visited my doctor she adviced me to do walk as if i want norml bcs i had 5 years ago. Now i hv started walking 15 to 20 min doing squats since last night m facing pinching pressure in vagina while foing anything my cramps quantity has increased iwhile doing anything m facing that pinching pressure nd having vaginal itching also from last night should i go to the doc or i should wait till the pain increase?? M so confused if i wil go to the doc she said its not the tym u should wait more wat should i do

dear vaginal itching is not due to exercise,if there is any vaginal discharge or infection,it may lead to this.

take tab. belair 1+1 for 3 days and drink alot of squatting exercise, just do brisk walk of 15-20 min initially.

Thanks better go to your dr nd tell her the problem you are facing you did not mention how many weeks you are pregnant the vbac after cs depends upon the reason for cs the chance of vbac depends upon many factors if everything is fine there is no recurring cause you can have TOL
Better to have high vaginal swab if married to check cause if infection and then have antibiotics (tab doxycycine 100 mgs twice a day and tab metronidazole 400mgs 8 hrly for 14 days).
Have strict hygeine, sitz warm baths, soft comfortable undergarments.
Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-complete treatment for any health issue u have.
