Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Thrush
Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Lahore
I am 29 weeks pregnant and having little itching and foul smell from vagina. This has happened before thrice and i used canesten and travocort cream on the area. Can i use it again for the fourth time? What are the side effects? And is the reason for repeated thrush intercourse?
if there is recurring fungal infection certain risk factors should be ruled I would like ad the suspicion of some infection other than fungal infection.. better to have a high vaginal swab done

What risk factors? Please elaborate. I had high vaginal swan done and it was fungal infection. Moreover, my gynecologist suggested to avoid intercourse at 19 weeks but we did it twice since then. Could this be the reason?
