Assalam o Alaikum , I’m 5 months pregnant with my 2nd baby. My elder kid is now only 13 months old. Lowline placenta issue h. Doctor ask me not to hold kid and avoid heavy weight holdings. But my elder 13 months baby is always wants me to hold him so I can’t ignore. But now there’s so much pain in my tummy I feel like my tummy is growing downward because of weight of womb. So kindly let me know may I tie maternity support belt to hold my tummy? And is this risky low placenta posterior not reaching Os?

Yes, low lying placenta needs to be taken care of . You need to avoid heavy weight lifting , climbing stairs and sexual intercourse . You need to be very careful about any bleeding episode as it requires immidiate examination .
Placenta previa is a major complication.take complete rest and these belts are not recommended in pregnancy.don’t use them
