Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Ultra Sound

Hi doctors, My wife is expecting and we came to know about this through HCG urine test then a week back my wife is experiencing mild spotting she visited a doctor and she prescribed her duphaston 10mg and adfolic 600mcg and done ultrasound that is okay so she suggested to come after 1 week today my wife visited but the doctor is not available due to some reason his assistant has done the ultra sound and said everything is okay.. And Alhamdullilah spotting is stopped also I am attaching today's ultrasound please if you can see if everything is fine
