Hi doctor can you see the yolk sac in my ultrasound report .. My last periods date was 15feb and and i was ovulated on 21 cycle and my last cycle lasted for 34 days and this is my ultrasound report can you by seeing the report tell me the weeks of my pregnancy and can you see the yolk sac?

-Dear it's not very clear picture but I can see hazy yolk sac and.? fetal pole. Rescan after 10 days is advised to have Clear picture.
-if periods irregular or in some conditions discrepancy between dates and first scan is possible so we need to consider first scan dates.
-report symmptoms.
-folic acid daily.
-follow with scan.

So after seeing this report can u tell me i am in which week?
And at what week will heartbeat come?
I didnt have regular cycle my cycle length was 34 but i ovulated at cycle 21 thats means 4 5 march...

Dear it could be 4- 5 wks almost but scan some time unable to detect heart beat in early Pregnancy ,some time technical issues or Expertise also Count .
-rescan after 10 days with Expertise hands and also request to detect exact expected date of delivery thru scan as first trimester scan count in woman have been irregular periods .
Observe unusual pregnancy symmptoms like bleeding, severe lower abdominal Pain.have calco with vitamin D and folic acid and Iron.
Report abnormal symmptoms.
