it's normal early pregnancy
take folic acid regularly,avoid medication without consulting Gynecologist
hopefully it's intrauterine as such mentioning is important in ultrasound report

this is normal, just avoid heavy weight lifting and excessive exercise, you have to avoid some eatables too which are not allowed in pregnancy. get your routine blood tests and enjoy your pregnancy
