Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Vitamins
Asking For Self, Female, 24 Years old, Karachi
Pregnancy week 24. I was taking Osnate D and fefol vit capsule since the beginning of my pregnancy now I want to start taking Pregnacare supplement. Should I stop Fefol vit and just take Osnate d with Pregnacare as pregnacare doesn’t have calcium in it ? I am little confused as how to get all the vitamins and not over do it. Thankyou.
