My period last started on 29th August and now it's been two months and no period. The pregnancy test came back positive but the baby still had no heartbeat. So the doctor advises me to have an abortion. Should I still wait for my baby's heartbeat to come? If not, should you have an abortion? Please reply

Repeat ultrasound after 15days of first ultrasound, If both shows no heart beat you can go for abortion,
don't decide on one report, can be mistaken dates or delayed pregnancy
