Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnant Alhamdulillah 8week 6days

According to my lmp i Am Alhamdulillah 8week 6 days pregnant on lmp was 30march normal cycle of 30 days on 3 may gynaecologist did tvs and confirmed pregnancy of 5 week (5mm gestational sac) and on 24may she did ultrasound and said 8week of pregnancy did wrote measurements only said 8 week pregnancy cardiac activity was present so because of that i went for another ultrasound today to a professional radiologist she said my baby is measuring 8week 1 fay how it happend according to gyne 3may scan gs was 5mm so i should be 8week 6 day today why is this measurements different fetus cardiac activity is present 161bpm history of one twin pregnancy miscarriage one year ago with no ggrowth or heart married since 2023 february i am verry worried
