Salaam, I'm 7 month pregnant. 30 weeks I have an issue that since last week I have a very bad periods cramps and sometimes I feel that my periods have been started but it does not start. I went to the doctor and asked her about it she said everything is and she give me drips and injection. She told me to stop taking vitamins calcium and iron for few days so that my cramps stop but unfortunately nothing is helping me I still feel cramps what should I do?
Is ke lea ap just painkiller lein or bedrest karen.

-have urinalysis, culture for checking urine infection and better to have high vaginal swab to check vaginal infection.
-have strict hygeine, avoid stairs,stress, weight lifting .
-use soft comfortable and clean garments.
-take plenty of water and Crainberry juice.
-better to have one Examination by your treating obstetrician.
- have balanced diet.
-if any secretions, discharge, labour like pain is here then better to report treating obstetrician immediately.
-best of luck.
Then better have Examination by obstetrician and have strict check on labour symmptoms, better to have CTG with toco.
