- how confirmed pregnancy ?as in 4 wks ultrasound not clearly observes .
- first to confirm pregnancy by serum beta hcg .
- report symmptoms to Gynae emergency ( one sided lower abdominal pain especially and or per vaginal bleed )
- better to have one general Examination by Gynae specialist along with vitals monitoring and confirmation of pregnancy ( viable and intrauterine ?) by scan or by blood tests .
- as in case of extrauterine pregnancy dizzy feeling could be alarming .

need Detailed evaluation by Transvaginal scan and beta hcg twice to check progression of pregnancy .
if above two investigations goes well then just early Pregnancy symmotoms she would have .
