Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnant, High Bp, Spotting

Any gynaecologist, conceived naturally after 3 years, last miscarriage in april 24 at 10 weekd as no growth/fetal pole it passed itseelf no DNC/medicine required. currently Pregnant 8+weeks, high bp but controlled with labetalol 100mg, duphaston, cyclogist all twice a day, ivfc 5000 twice week Having spotting since 10 days, dr still ask to take clexane 40mg inj and loprin. Please guide should continue or stop.
