Aoa, I am 31 weeks pregnant. In my previous pregnancy at 28 weeks was diagnosed severe preeclampsia and emergency C section was done at 33 weeks due to eclampsia. The baby was died at 5th day from delivery, need expert consulation during this time

r u booked urself at any hospital, what is your blood pressure, they if high ur consultant must control it via antihypertensive, what are ur labs, u haven't mentioned anything in history.

in this pregnancy things are normal by taking proper medication, will b C section delivery? will baby require nursery?

Aslamualikum hope u are fine at ur place..
Dear if u have history of eclampsia than there almost 10% CHANCES of recurrence
But depends what ur b.p record is if it is under control just take care of ur self and we need history have ur concerned doctor gave u loprin or clexane in this pregnancy.
What's ur b.p record in this pregnancy
What about ur Doppler ultrasound for fetal well being
If u are taking blood pressuring controlling medicine that what's the name u are taking
These week should be of high concern
Have ur antenatal check up every two weeks
And show me all ur ultrasound and antenatal check up
B.p can be controlled but once its lead to pre eclampsia u become high risk patient and eclampsia is than an emergency

I am taking aldomet, 250mg 2 tablets 3 times a day and 150mg loprin once a day, lab reports are normal yet, BP almost 140/80 with medicine

Ideally the first line drug is labetolol for a well controlled b.p but as u are now on aldomet take it as u are taking and ur target bp should be 120/80 or maximally to 130/80.there should be more control on it
Remaining if u are taking loprin 75mg continue it
On scan the picture is still fine
U need 2 weekly antenatal record
Take ur b.p daily twice a day and take ur record with u and go for Doppler ultrasound once in 3rd trimester also

Consider dexa cover
MGSO4 cover also if required otherwise if more than 35 no requirement
and yeah Doppler studies and PIH profile
And urine albumin must on each visit to exclude pre eclampsua..
