age 26 height 5.2 when i concevied i was 55kg now i am 33 week 4 days pregnant with 70 kg is this okay or should i reduce it no problem of sugar blood pressure alhamdulillah

ap apna antenatal checkup kraty rhen as usual for healthy baby
and also keep on eye on your BP and Sugar...
sometimes at this stage bp raise ho skta h.. nothing to worry for now... stay bleesed

Dear you are eating too much . Reduce fats and Carbohydrates. Too much weight causes problem in delivery , both normal and operative and this much wt gain is tough to revert back . Start walk as much as possible, it will be helpful in wt control and easy delivery .
