-dear very few Ecg changes related to Pregnancy otherwise symmotoms with Ecg changes better to be discussed in detail by your obstetrician with cardiologist as need lots of precautions in antenatal period as well as in labour and delivery .
as restricted fluid can be given to orient as well as medications also with precautions .
may need more investigations like Echocardiography .
so better have multidicplinary care in tertiary care hospital .
pay attention to above advice serious Complication rate in pregnancy with cardiac issue is high .
