I am 30, my 4rth pregnancy and my 7th month running and i have pain in heart area undergone ECG having some abnormalities, please guide me what should i do, is there any complication during delivery? im really worried

-dear very few Ecg changes related to Pregnancy otherwise symmotoms with Ecg changes better to be discussed in detail by your obstetrician with cardiologist as need lots of precautions in antenatal period as well as in labour and delivery .
as restricted fluid can be given to orient as well as medications also with precautions .
may need more investigations like Echocardiography .
so better have multidicplinary care in tertiary care hospital .
