well for 21 days after delivery no risk of pregnancy
your wife is lactating mother so there is chance of 2 % get pregnant during lactation ..but don't take risk give her emergency contraception pills within 72 hours of intercourse ... use any method of contraception according to both partners will atleast 2 years becoz previous was c section uterus should need rest ... if she will miss periods than do PT test at home
